  • Job Summary:
    We are looking for a Production Control Assistant to support the production team in planning, monitoring, and managing production schedules and workflows. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations by coordinating between departments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in optimizing production efficiency.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in creating and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
    • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to planned schedules and address potential delays.
    • Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to manage raw materials and supplies.
    • Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and performance metrics.
    • Support the implementation of quality control standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
    • Communicate effectively with production supervisors, operators, and other departments.
    • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations.
  
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning or control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Proficient in production management software or ERP systems (e.g., Odoo).
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with stainless steel manufacturing processes is an advantage.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
